Träumst Du auch vom gemeinschaftlichen Wohnen: bunt, solidarisch, offen und widerständig? Definierst du dich als Frau, lebisch, intergeschlechtlich, nichtbinär, trans und / oder agender?
Unser Haus hat 15 Zimmer auf drei Etagen, eine gemeinsame Küche und Wohnzimmer und einen großen Garten.
Wir wohnen in Berlin-Buch, am nördlichen Stadtrand, fünf Geh-Minuten vom S-Bahnhof entfernt.
Bisher sind wir eine generationenübergreifende Gruppe (sechs Frauen, zwei Kinder und zwei Katzen).
Wir sind Teil des Mietshäuser Syndikats, d.h. wir sind Mieterinnen in einem selbstorganisierten Projekt, keine Eigentümerinnen. Um Haus und Garten und die vielen kleinen alltäglichen Dinge kümmern wir uns gemeinsam und es ist wichtig, dass dafür auch Kapazitäten bei Dir da sind.
Für das Hausprojekt wünschen wir uns FLINTA* in verschiedenen Lebensphasen, jeglicher Herkunft, mit unterschiedlicher Identität und Orientierung...
Entscheidend für das Zusammenleben sind für uns gegenseitige Sympathie und die Bereitschaft, sich aufeinander einzulassen.
Neben dem gemeinsamen Haushalt ist uns eine verbindliche, respektvolle Atmosphäre, sowie gute Kommunikation wichtig - und, wenn möglich, eine längerfristige Perspektive.
Linke und feministische Positionen sollen Grundlage des Miteinanders sein und Engagement für das Zusammenleben.
Leider ist das Haus nicht barrierefrei.

Women* Housing project is looking for FLINTA*
Do you dream of living collectively - in a creative, solidaric, open and rebellious way? Do you identify yourself as a woman, a lesbian, an intersex, non-binary, trans and / or agende person?
Our house has 15 rooms on three floors, a shared kitchen and living room and a big garden. We live in Berlin-Buch, in the northern part of the outskirts, five minutes away from the S-Bahn station.
Until now, we are a intergenerational group (6 women, 2 kids & 2 cats)
We are part of the "Mietshäuser Syndikat", meaning that we are tenants a self organized project, not landlords. We are the ones though taking care of the house and all the little daily tasks, so it would be important that you have some capacities to join in.
For our project we would like to live as FLINTA* in different phases of their lives, with all kinds of origins, orientations and identities...
Important to us is that we like each other and that we are willing to commit to a each other.
We value a respectul, reliable atmosphere, good communication and - if possible - a long-term perspective.
Left-wing and feminist positions should be the basis of living together, and engagement for the community.
Unfortunately the house is not barrier-free accessible.
