Two rooms available in a modern (built 2014) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

The flat is fully furnished, has floor heating, a backyard, great natural light, and is secluded from the street. The building complex has a locked bike room, a separate trash and recycling room, cool neighbors, and is 8 minutes by walk from Ostkreuz.

The bedroom in question has a balcony overlooking the backyard with electronic shutters and floor to ceiling mirrors.

The rent is 900 and 700 euro per month all inclusive for each room, and the current contract is until November 30, 2025. My current flatmate is moving out, hence the contract length. There is a possibility to extend the contract with the landlord.

I am also speaking with a friend who is considering moving into the guest bedroom, in which case the rent for the advertised bedroom would drop to around 850 euros per month.

Moss

Equidistant from Ostkreuz and the Frankfurter Allee sbahn, across the street from some great jiu jitsu and dance studios, and fhain speaks for itself a really nice place to live. Because the flat is positioned next to a tiny nature preserve and away from Gürtelstraße, it's super quiet and relaxing.

I'm a 29 year old PhD candidate at TU Berlin, and am ideally looking for a young professional or mature student, but I think it's mostly a matter of good personal fit/vibes.

The building has loads of young professionals, and we have made a nice community with get-togethers and the occasional party. Don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to have a viewing or have any questions!
