Das Zimmer ist ca 17qm groß, auf der Südseite zum Innenhof und dadurch ruhig und sonnig.
Meiner Meinung nach ist die Wohnung im schönsten Teil von Moabit. In den anliegenden Straßen gibt es alles mögliche an Restaurants, Cafés und die Spree ist direkt hinter dem Gebäude. Die U9 ist in knapp 10 Minuten (U Turmstraße) und die Ringbahn in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (S Beusselstraße). Direkt vor der Tür fahren außerdem verschiedene Buslinien.
Ich bin zwar häufig den ganzen Tag unterwegs, würde das WG-Leben aber trotzdem nicht als Zweck-WG bezeichnen. Mir ist es wichtig dass wir uns gut verstehen und wenns passt auch gerne mal zusammen essen, trinken oder auf dem Balkon sitzen können. Alles aber natürlich nie erzwungen.
Der Balkon ist an meinem Zimmer, kann aber gerne genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, zwischen den beiden Zimmern befindet sich eine Tür, auf meiner Seite steht aber mein Schrank davor.
Ich bin Jonte, 26 und bin Dozent im Bereich Musikproduktion. Zusätzlich arbeite ich Sonntags im Café hier um die Ecke und Freelance als Produzent.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und erstmal für 6 Monate frei, evtl danach aber auch langfristig.
Anmeldung ist erstmal nicht möglich, ich arbeite aber daran das zu regeln.
Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Keller und auch sonst keinen wirklichen Stauraum.
