ich biete zum 01.04 ein 13 qm2 feines Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten. Daher kriegt man problemlos alles unter. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man im alltäglichen Wohnen braucht. Die Küche umfasst bspw. eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle/Grill, etc.
Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt, kannst du auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Es ist wirklich ruhig. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert untervermietet. Es gibt die Möglichkeit eine Matratze und Leuchte für die Zwischenzeit zu nutzen.
Bei Interesse schreib mir gerne. Eine Kurzbeschreibung wäre super.

The room has 13 square meters (altbau) and a square layout. So you can easily fit everything within. As the apartment is in the rear building, you can also sleep with open window. It is really quiet. The room is sublet unfurnished. There is the possibility to use a mattress and a lamp.
U-Bahn U6/U9 Fußweg 1 Minute, S-Bahn Ringbahn S42/S41 5 Minuten, diverse Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe (1 Minute)
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Weddings. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es diverse Restaurants, Supermärkte, Geschäfte etc. Doch ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, da sie im Hinterhaus liegt.
