Des einen Leid ist des anderen Freud: Schweren Herzens verlasse ich für ein paar Jahre mein geliebtes Berlin, um in London groß Karriere zu machen – und somit wird mein geliebtes Zimmer frei!
Dich erwarten großzügige 20 Quadratmeter, voll möbliert mit allem, was du brauchst: Bett (Matratze inklusive), Spiegel, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch samt Stuhl - und einem Teppich, der das Ganze abrundet. Perfekt also für alle, die keinen Bock auf Möbel schleppen haben. Du hast deine eigenen Möbel? Kein problem aber das Zimmer wird as is übernommen.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner? Dennis – seines Zeichens niedlicher Wandschrank und drittes Jahr in Folge zum „Besten Mitbewohner Deutschlands“ gewählt. Studiert und spricht ab und zu russisch (jedoch selten gleichzeitig).

A generous 20 square meter room, fully furnished with everything you need: bed (mattress included), mirror, wardrobe, shelf, desk with chair, plus a rug to pull it all together. Perfect if you’re not a fan of hauling too much around. If you do have your own pieces, no worries—but the room comes as is.
Your new roommate? Dennis—voted “Germany's Best Roommate” three years running - by me but I don't see how that's relevant?
He’s a broad-shouldered teddy-bear of a lad, currently studying and sometimes speaks Russian (though rarely at the same time).
Unser Soldinerkiez punktet mit bester Anbindung: In 10–12 Minuten Fußweg erreichst du U9, U8 und die S-Bahn. Bhf Gesundbrunnen ist ebenfalls nur knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, falls du mal raus in die große weite Welt willst. Kulinarisch bist du ebenfalls bestens versorgt: Der beste Lahmacun der Stadt kostet fast nichts, die schärfste Currywurst Berlins liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Penny und Lidl sind in fünf Minuten erreichbar, Rewe in zehn.
Dazu noch unsern Späti als direkten Nachbarn, mit dem herzlichstem Verkäufer ever – mehr Berliner Charme geht kaum!

A 10–12-minute walk gets you to the U9, U8, or S-Bahn, and Berlin-Gesundbrunnen Station is about 15 minutes away on foot if you need to head farther out. Hungry? You’re in luck: the best (and cheapest) Lahmacun in town is nearby, and Berlin’s spiciest currywurst is just a few steps away. Penny and Lidl are five minutes on foot, Rewe about ten, and our local Späti is right next door—complete with the friendliest clerk in Berlin. Doesn’t get more charming than that!
Das ist keine reine Zweck-WG: Gemeinsame Filmabende, spontane Kneipengänge und gelegentliches Feiern. Auch das Kochen in unserer kleinen Küche lässt sich mit etwas Tetris-Geschick hinbekommen, solange Dennis nicht noch breiter wird.
Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls wichtig, einen Putzplan haben wir jedoch nie gebraucht – das solltest du auch hinbekommen können. Respektvolles miteinander und offene Kommunikation sind das A&O. Doch wer AfD wählt darf sich gerne woanders bewerben. Am besten schön weit weg.

If you're just looking for a utilitarian place to stay, that's fair - but it's not what we're after: We enjoy movie nights, spontaneous trips to the local pub, and the occasional party. Cooking together in our cozy kitchen can feel like a game of Tetris but shouldn't be an issue – as long as Dennis doesn't bulk up even more. Cleanliness is a prerequisite, but we’ve never needed a chore chart—common sense and communication have sufficed so far. Mutual respect and openness are key but if you happen to vote AfD, please feel obliged to fuck right off and look elsewhere. Preferably far away from us.
