Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer in ruhiger WG. Es gibt eine Badewanne, eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist gut. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Es fährt die U2/U7 vom U-Bhf Bismarckstr. gleich um die Ecke. Die Decken sind hoch. Sonnenlicht kommt von Osten und von Westen. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind befreundet und unternehmen zusammen Dinge wie zum Beispiel Essen gehen oder einen Film gucken. Das ist aber kein Muss. Was wichtig ist, dass sich an die Regeln gehalten wird, nichts kaputt gemacht, pünktlich und vollständig bezahlt und wir dir nicht die ganze Zeit hinterher putzen müssen. Es ist keine Party WG. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und soll es auch bleiben. Wir sind aber auch keine Spießer. Nazis bitte nicht melden. Omega kommt von den Phillippinen und macht hier eine Ausbildung als Altenpflegerin. Ich bin in letzter Zeit viel unterwegs, arbeite mal hier mal da, mache Kunst und bin politisch aktiv. Es gibt eine Whats-App-Gruppe in der wir uns gemeinsam austauschen. Wir laden dich gerne ein. I offer a furnished room in a quiet shared apartment. There is a bathtub, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The location is good. There are many shopping opportunities in the area. The U2/U7 runs from the Bismarckstr. just around the corner. The ceilings are high. Sunlight comes from the east and the west. My roommate and I are friends and do things together like go out to eat or watch a movie. But that is not a must. It's important that you follow the rules, don't break anything, get paid on time and in full, and that we don't have to clean after you all the time. It's not a party shared apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and should stay that way. But we're not philistines either. No nazis please. Omega comes from the Philippines and is training as a geriatric nurse here.
