Spacious & Cozy Room in Charlottenburg – Great Location & Friendly Flatmates!
We have a room available in our three-room apartment on the ground floor in Charlottenburg, one of the calmest and most elegant districts in Berlin. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, making it a perfect place to live.
The flat is well-connected to public transport—multiple bus stations are just a 4-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk. You'll also find supermarkets, shops, and other essential facilities nearby. If you enjoy nature, there’s a beautiful park with a lake just 7 minutes away, perfect for walks and relaxation.
The room is half-furnished, and I bought a comfortable mattress with the current tenant, which works perfectly and makes moving in much more convenient. If you need extra furniture, there are plenty of affordable shops nearby where you can easily find what you need.
You'll be sharing the apartment with two amazing flatmates: a 23-year-old Spanish Erasmus student and a sweet American girl. They are outgoing and fun to be around, so you’ll probably enjoy hanging out or cooking together in the kitchen.
We also love to keep a clean and tidy space, so cleanliness is very important to us. We're looking for someone who values a friendly, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere.
