Gemütliches 24-qm-Zimmer in einer 3er-WG in Berlin Neukölln für 3 Wochen. Die 110 qm große Wohnung liegt im Ausgehviertel an der Weserstraße, nur wenige Minuten vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt.

Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig und akustisch gut isoliert. Die Musikinstrumente werden für die Mietdauer entfernt.
Ansonsten bleiben meine Möbel für die Dauer im Zimmer und können genutzt werden (Bildschirm, Couch, Schrank, Bettwäsche, Handtücher ect)

Meine beiden Mitbewohner Leon und Niki arbeiten in der Musikindustrie, sind freundlich, rücksichtsvoll und aufgeschlossen.

Das Zimmer ist Richtung Süd-Ost und im Hinterhof, also ruhig. Das Viertel selbst ist eher laut und belebt, die Sonnenallee ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist Rathaus Neukölln und direkt vor der Tür sind 2 Busstationen.

Ganz etspannt. Leon und Niki sind viel unterwegs und hilfsbereit.

Ich bin für einen Urlaub 3 Wochen unterwegs und kann ich deshalb nur bedingt um eventuelle Fragen kümmern, kann aber natürlich immer angerufen werden. Falls es noch Fragen gibt, einfach raus damit.
