A bright and spacious east-facing room with a private balcony and plenty of natural light throughout the day. It faces the main street and comes with a large bookshelf that should remain in the room.
The room is unfurnished, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture. If preferred, we can arrange for a basic IKEA setup (bed, closet, and desk). The deposit is three times the cold rent.

Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber Sie können gerne Ihre eigenen Möbel mitbringen. Auf Wunsch können wir auch eine IKEA-Grundausstattung (Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch) organisieren. Die Kaution ist das dreifache von der Kaltmiete.

🌍 Persönlichkeit und Eignung:
- Ein internationaler Hintergrund ist ein Plus aber keine Voraussetzung :)
- Jemand, der Wert auf klare Kommunikation und einen sauberen gemeinsamen Raum legt.
- Wir haben gerne Freunde zu Besuch, aber keine späten/lauten Partys.
- Wir halten uns für entspannte Menschen, die zu Hause eine entspannte, warme und soziale Atmosphäre schaffen wollen. Hoffentlich klingt das auch für dich gut :)

Wir sind ein Geschwisterpaar, das Vollzeit in Berlin arbeitet (hybride Arbeit/halb WFH).
🌎 Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch, aber auch Deutsch und Japanisch.
