Possibily to buy out all the main furnitures from my previous roomate for really cheap (350eu). The flat has one 20m2 kitchen which is the commun area then 2 22m2 bedrooms and one large bathroom with both bath and shower.

I'm French 30. I'm a freelance web dev and music producer and dj. I live from both equally. The music in the flat has to be quiet for the neighbours so I have a separate studio and I use headphones at home. I'm usually busy but also happy to share some time together. It is important for me to get confortable with each other to have a nice vibe in the flat and having diner or cafe from time to time is the way !

I'm looking for someone that have a similar schedule (living during the day and sleeping at night) so it can be confortable to live with each other and a quiet and peaceful space to rest at night. It is also very important to be someone that is aware that cleaning is mandatory and should be equally share between us without having to make a schedule or anything like this :)
