Hallo,
wir haben unsere Wohnung (3.Etage) zur Zwischenmiete (bis Ende April 25)vermietet.
Ein Zimmer ist jetzt schon frei geworden, kann also für den Monat April noch gemietet werden.
Wer Interesse an einem schönen, teilmöblierten und sonnigen Zimmer hat, gerne melden!
(das Foto ist nicht ganz aktuell- es gibt noch einen Schrank, Stuhl und ein richtiges Bett)
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedenau, einem ruhigen u relativ grünen Viertel.
U-Bahn (Walther-Schreiber-Platz) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe (5Min zu Fuss).
Es wird eine Wg für einen Monat sein.
Die MitbewohnerInnen sind offen und kommunikativ, insgesamt sind alle mit ihren Job/ Studium beschäftigt.
Man kann sich also gut in der Küche treffen oder sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen.
Das Haus sowie das Viertel sind insgesamt ruhig und stressfrei.
Die Miete müsste Anfang des Monats (April) gezahlt werden sowie eine Kaution von 200€.
