Are you doing an internship or study exchange in Berlin? We are looking for a tidy, quiet flatmate. English, French or Spanish speakers are welcome (my spanish is basic though).
There a two floors and mine and the kids room are downstairs while your room would be upstairs next to the living room, kitchen and the roof terrace. There is a bathroom on each floor. There is a bed, desk and a dresser in your room and we share the kitchen and sunny living room with terrace.
We have a garden in walking distance with a little stone house where we stay overnight sometimes in summer. If you have a green thumb or/and are up to help and hang out with us you are very welcome.
Pankow Niederschönhausen ist a quiet, residential area with several parks, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Very close is the Bard College.
With the tram M1 there is a good connection to Prenzlauer Berg and the city center and if wanted you are quickly outside of Berlin for a hike, bike ride oder horseback riding.
We are a family of three: I am a 38-old physician and I have two kids: a 4-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy, that are living part time with me (50%).
We are looking for somebody who likes it tidy and clean and who has a similar living rhythm like us and appreciate the quiet in the evenings when the kids sleep.
