The bedroom is small but bright and with a quiet and lovely view to green areas. The person currently occuppying the bedroom has a tall bed and it really helps maximize the space (see pictures). The furniture in the pictures will not be there as it belongs to people who previously occupied the room, we show the pictures like this so you can get some different ideas of what the room can look like. South-east facing window (great for plants!)
100 meters from Kottbusser Tor Ubahn station and just a short walk away from Admiralbrücke and the Landwehrkanal. Lots of green areas, supermarkets, cafes, bars and clubs. Despite being in a busy area the room is quiet due to facing a beautiful inner garden.
We are Valeria from Mexico and Stephanie from Chile. We are both freelancers and FLINTA and like to get along and hang out while giving eachother space. We would like someone we can share our space with comfortably and with some friendly vibes. We are tidy but don't mind a few dishes left unwashed now and then, and we prefer the cooperative spirit of cleaning when we see something dirty over having a rigid schedule.
