Hallo,
Ich beziehe ab dem 1.4 die Wohnung. Ich studiere noch für ein Jahr auf Master und würde mir gerne die Wohnung bis dahin teilen. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und wirklich ein kleines Schmuckstück. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig ( Zehlendorf halt ) aber man ist gut angebunden. Es fahren 3 Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe und zwei davon sind 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer ist hell und gut geschnitten, nordwestrichtung. Das Bad hat eine kleine Badewanne. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Küche sind vorhanden.
Ich selbst bin sehr WGerfahren und freue mich über eine fröhliche, freundliche Mitbewohnerin. Zweck WG ist auch in Ordnung aber würde mich über gesellige Abende auch freuen.
