We have a large room available as a sublet in our apartment
The room has a large bed (ideal for tall people) with provided bed linen, a desk, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a few storages for clothes and a projector.
The apartement itself is classic Altbau. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has a bathtub.
Close to Frankfurter Tor (U5) and right on the M10 between Bersarin Platz and Strassmann Strasse. 10 minutes walk from Samariter Strasse or Volkspark.
The apartment is shared with 2 other people.
Pauline (me), 36, from France, working full time in hybrid setting meaning I am doing home office half of the week.
We currently have a nice guy from the UK subletting the other room but he will be moving out by the end of march.
From April, our regular roomate is coming back from her travel. She is a German girl in her early 30's and work as a DJ so she is often coming and going for gigs and other projects she works on.
We are pretty relaxed about house rules, everyone clean after themselves and is respectful of other people boundaries.
Due to the short term Anmeldung is not available.
We are looking for someone relaxed, preferably employed or studying.
Viewing possible on Wednesday 12.03 in the evening.
