14 qm, Morgensonne, hell und warm, schöner Ausblick in weiten Hof mit großer Kastanie, sehr ruhig, fast quadratisch geschnitten, mit Holzparkettboden, voll funktional möbliert.
Direkt am Mariannenplatz Ecke Waldemarstraße. Sehr schöner, lebendiger Kiez. 2 Minuten zum Bus 140, vier zum M29 am Rio- Reiser-Platz, 7 zum uU Görlitzer Bahnhof, 9 zur U Kottbusser Tor und 15 min zum Ostbahnhof.
Ich möchte das Zimmer untervermieten, eher im Sinne einer Zweck-WG, mit wenig Kontakt im Sommer (weil viel weg, siehe unten) und mehr im Winter. Auf nette Gespräche am Küchentisch oder mal einen gemeinsamen Kinobesuch oder ne Runde Tischtennis oder Billard freue ich mich aber schon.
In der Wohnung mag ich es sauber und ordentlich, aber nicht zwanghaft 😉 und kann meine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in gut in Ruhe lassen. Du kannst das Zimmer so übernehmen, wie es jetzt ist oder auch neu streichen, wenn wir länger als 1 Jahr "erfolgreich" zusammen wohnen.
Ich bin 63, Politologe im Übergang zur Rente und werde von Mitte Mai bis Mitte Oktober voraussichtlich viel im Norden Brandenburgs und nur 1-2 Wochenenden pro Monat in der Wohnung sein. Ich habe viel WG-Erfahrung, habe die letzten 14 Jahre aber z.T. mit meinem Sohn, zum Teil allein gewohnt.
Ich bin ziemlich kommunikativ, gerne auch auf Italienisch und Englisch, wenn ich zuhause bin, brauche aber auch ruhige Zeiten für mich und kann die dem oder der anderen auch gut lassen.
Koche und esse sehr gerne mit und ohne Fleisch.
