Hello, your top-motivated seeker in this wonderful forum, that since my first call 16 years ago, it has not developed.

I offer a halfway bright and quiet but above all relative large room and can even offer a registration sooner or later (after a few months).

In our WG, Nico, 25 who has just written his master thesis in environmental engineering or so and I, Sylvester 37, have been living here since 2016, historians on resin for three years (the office is slowly grumpy) on job search (at least in theory) but also like to travel in the world and just came back from an Africa trip in early April.

Nico comes from Berlin has studied in Heidelberg is vegan (where I have the greatest respect as an inconsistent flexitar) and otherwise I don't think so much about him, but we understand and so far very well.
I often travel and rent my room, which is why I have the smallest room. Otherwise we both like to cook. celebrate (I have my hard technophase but already behind me) and otherwise do this.
The apartment is not bad. Net, Edeka are almost opposite. LPG and Asian are not far. The Weserstraße is within walking distance and by bike you can quickly get to Kreuzberg Fhain. Only Ubahn and Sbahn are a bit far with a few kilometers.

There is nothing more to the costs of 450€ (except radio fees if you are not exempted from this). All other internet etc. is with it. usually we always make the first three months on trial and expiration then, so far it has always worked out beyond. In general, everything went smooth in recent years.
The room is just empty in the basement but are still furniture like bed and so if necessary.
The photos are not quite up-to-date but it still looks halfway like that.

We are looking for someone who fits us (Suprise) is reliable, halfway (more than me) in life (if possible not getting money from office) and plans to stay with us as much as a year or so.

So, I think I've called all the necessary facts and still various unnecessary facts. Just write us through as usual, we will then report (or not) and then snuck about (video)visibility.

Hallo, Ihr Topmotivierten Suchenden in diesem Wundervollen Forum, dass sich seit meinem ersten Aufruf vor 16 Jahren genau gar nicht weiterentwickelt hat.

Ich biete ein halbwegs helles und ruhiges aber vor allem Relativ großes, Zimmer an und kann früher oder später (also nach nen paar Monaten) sogar nen Anmeldung anbieten.

In unserer WG wohnen seit Dezember Nico, 25, der gerade seine Masterarbeit in Umwelttechnik oder so schreibt und ich Ich, Sylvester 37, seit 2016 hier wohnhaft, Historiker auf Harz seit drei Jahren (das Amt wird langsam grantig) auf Jobsuche (zumindest in der Theorie) aber auch gerne in der Welt unterwegs und gerade Anfang April von einer Afrikareise wiedergekommen.
Kim ist leider spontan Raus da sie ne eigene Wohnung gefunden hat.
Nico kommt aus Berlin hat in Heidelberg studiert ist Veganer, (wovor ich als als inkonsequenter Flexitarier größten Respekt habe) und ansonsten fällt mir gerade gar nicht so viel zu ihm ein aber wir verstehen und bisher ganz gut.
Ich bin öfters mal auf Reisen und vermiete mein Zimmer dann unter, weswegen ich auch das kleinste Zimmer hab. Ansonsten kochen Wir beide gerne. gehen feiern (ich hab meine harte Technophase aber schon hinter mir) und machen sonst so dies das.. man kennts.
Die Wohnung liegt gar nicht Schlecht. Netto, Edeka sind quasi gegenüber. LPG und Asialaden sind auch nicht weit. Die Weserstraße ist Fußläufig erreichbar und mit Fahrrad ist man schnell in Kreuzberg Fhain. Nur Ubahn und Sbahn sind mit nem Kilometer etwas weit.

Zu den Kosten von 450€ kommt nichts mehr hinzu (außer Rundfunkgebühren wenn du davon nicht befreit bist ). Alles andere Internet etc. ist mit drin. für gewöhnlich machen wir immer die ersten drei Monate auf Probe und entfristen dann, bisher hat es auch immer darüber hinaus geklappt. Generell ging in den letzten Jahren eigentlich alles glatt.
Das Zimmer ist gerade Leer im Keller sind aber noch Möbel wie Bett und so wenn bedarf besteht.
Die Fotos sind nicht ganz Aktuell aber es sieht immer noch halbwegs so aus.

Wir suchen irgendjemand der zu uns passt (Suprise) zuverlässig ist, halbwegs (also mehr als ich) im Leben steht (möglichst nicht auch noch Geld vom Amt bekommt,) und plant möglichst mehr als nen Jahr oder so bei uns zu Bleiben.

So. ich glaube ich habe alle Nötigen und noch diverse Unnötige Facts genannt. Schreib uns einfach wie gewohnt durch, wir melden uns dann (oder eben auch nicht) und schnacken dann wegen ner (Video)Besichtigung.
