FU-Studenten, Dozenten und Doktoranden aufgepasst! Wer morgens gerne länger schläft, aber dennoch rechtzeitig zur Uni kommen möchte, der ist hier richtig, denn die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der FU Berlin.
Die Altbau-Wohnung ist ungewöhnlich groß, hat 170 qm und wird im Moment bewohnt von mir, männlich, alter Ur-Berliner und zwei Frauen, Katerina (aus der Ukraine) und Chini (aus Dresden).
Es gibt zwei jeweils sehr große Bäder, eines davon ist gerade luxus-saniert, u.a. mit Fußbodenheizung.
Das Zimmer hat drei große Fenster, ist aber trotzdem nicht sooo hell wie man nun vermuten sollte, weil die Wohnung ebenerdig ist und das Nachbarhaus viel Licht schluckt.
Dafür ist es sehr groß (ca. 30qm) und der Fußboden besteht aus wunderschönem echten Dielenholz.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, das Mitbringen von Möbeln ist leider nicht so wahnsinnig erwünscht, in gewissem Umfang aber selbstverständlich möglich.
Das Angebot ist erstmal einmal befristet bis zum 30.9.2025.
Eine schöne Terasse gibt es übrigens auch noch.
„Anmeldung“ beim Bürgeramt ist kein Problem , wir helfen sogar gerne dabei.

I am offering a beautiful, fully furnished and equipped room.
The location is perfect for students, Phd’s (or professors) of the FU-university because you can walk from the flat to almost all facilities of the FU.
There are two huge bathrooms, two toilets, and three (!!) entrance doors.
You don´t need to bring any furniture , there is everything that you need.

We are looking 4 U: a tolerant, good-hearted, life-loving, crazy (but please only a little bit), curious and honest non-smoker with a heart of gold (asking a bit much, right? well, it might also be ok if you are just a really cool person).
In your own room you may be chaotic, but PLEASE: in the kitchen you should be an absolute role-model since everybody likes to use a clean kitchen, ALWAYS.
Your nationality and your sexual orientation is not important, you can be german, you can be arab, you can be jewish, black, white, pink, hetero, gay, bi, trans, whatever, we don’t care, you might as well come from the North Pole. But please do NOT respond if you you vote for the AFD.
Just to make sure that you ACTUALLY made the effort to read all this: please include the word „apple-pie“ in your answer (it does not need to make any sense, just make sure you include it).
If you do not include the magic word, we must assume that you are just copying and pasting e-mails to everybody and dońt even give a sh.. what your future flatmates write in here.
The flat is located in a rather quiet neighborhood (Steglitz, close to Dahlem, close to FU) but everything in Berlin can be reached pretty quickly by using public transport.
For the moment being you can rent the room until the end of september 2025.
You should also enjoy a nice dinner together now and then, it is not nice to just share a flat in order to split costs and money, everyone should also enjoy the company of the flatmates and feel good in the flat.

Von der Wohnung braucht man bis zur City West (Zoologischer Garten z.B.) ca. 25 Minuten , zur City Ost (z.B. Friedrichstr.) sind es 35 min. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Es ist eine ruhige und eher gutbürgerliche Wohnlage, trendige Cafes sucht man hier vergeblich.
Die Einkaufsmeile "Schloßstrasse“ ist in der Nähe.
Extreme Nachtschwärmer und Clubgänger finden die Lage wahrscheinlich nicht besonders gut... ;)
Dafür ist jede Menge Grün in der Umgebung, der Grunewald ist sehr nah und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20min am nächsten Badesee (Krumme Lanke)...

I think I have already described it quite well in that first part.
We are not interested in a „Zweck“-WG (just splitting costs and not giving a shit about each other).
We should enjoy a nice WG-dinner once in a while.
