Hi everyone,
I will be away from Berlin until the week-end of the 3rd of November. You can sublet my room during this time. Then I ordered construction workers to fully renew the bathroom.
Ideally, I’d like to pass the room on to someone nice and tidy. You might be a student or in Berlin for an internship or project, looking for a provisory solution before finding a definite place.
The flat is a 2-bedroom, 76 sqm (820 sqft) appartment on the 4th floor, with a large, sunny kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. You’ll share the space with Aravind, a 26 year old former ESCP MBA student from India, who’s now working with HelloFresh. He’s vegetarian, very easy-going and neat.
The flat is fully equipped with:

- High-speed internet (WLAN)
Your room is 28 sqm, has two southeast-facing windows, and gets plenty of light. It’s fully furnished.
Rent for 19 nights is 525 euros all in (heating, electricity, hot water, internet) – all-inclusive, so no surprises.
About me:
I’m a 43-year-old French guy who moved to Berlin after completing my MBA. I founded and ran a small software company here, but I’ve taken on a new challenge outside of Berlin. I speak fluent German, studied in Toronto and Paris, and I love the blend of hard work and fun that Berlin offers. I’m interested in arts and anything that makes life beautiful.

Wedding is a mixed area nearby Mitte (center of Berlin) with differents foreign communities, lots of students and artists.
We benefit from a very good transportation:
- Tube U6 + U9 in Leopoldplatz
- Rapid Transit (S-Bahn Ring): Wedding
And the main shopping street is only 5 minutes away (supermarkets like Penny, Lidl, Rewe, C&A, and some really good türkish supermarkets)
So to sum up quickly:
I am really interested in arts and even used to be a stakeholder in an art gallery in Paris before coming to Berlin for 6 years,
I like to go out and enjoy Berlin, but also cook at home and invite some friends for dinner.
I also work hard with extended business trips...
