Hi ihr Lieben,
ich bin für drei Woche nicht in der Stadt und vermiete in der Zeit mein Zimmer. Es hat hohe Decken und voll eingerichtet, aber ich räum dir gern ein paar Flächen frei.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Karl-Marx-Allee, also in den Stalin- oder auch "Zuckerbäcker"-Bauten. Es ein ziemlich hübscher Blick, die U5 Weberwiese befindet sich genau vor der Tür und ihr könnte direkt bis zum Haupbahnhof durchfahren, zur M10 lauft ihr 5/6 Minuten. In 10 Minuten seid ihr am Alex. Drumherum gibts Bäcker, Edeka, Aldi, Restaurants, Cafés, Clubs und Bars. Das Simon-Dach-Viertel und der Boci-Flohmarkt sind quasi bei euch im Kiez.

Du wirst wahrscheinlich so gut wie die ganze Zeit allein in der Wohnung sein, weil meine Mitbewohnerin schon fast ausgezogen ist und evtl nur vorbei kommt, um Dinge aus ihrem Zimmer zu holen.

Ich vermiete die Wohnung nur an Flinta*-Personen.
