Hi everyone,
we are Bianca, Veronica and Maria, we'll have a free room available for 6 months, from October 31st till 1st of May, with an option to stay longer if it's a good fit. I'll be working and travelling during that time. We're currently looking for a nice, open-minded female new flat mate, around 30-45 years for being in a similar stage of life. Anmeldung is possible.
Bianca, Veronica and I have a fantastic way of living together. We love to meet each other and share stories of the day while drinking a tea or having some nice self-cooked food. Our apartment is always clean, we respect each other and if anything we're talking about it. This is how we like to continue our living together with a new flat mate. Also we are very interested in meeting (new) people and learning languages.
The room is 25 qm, already furnished and available from October 31st. We share the entire apartment (137m²) with a spacious living room (18qm), small guest room, bathroom, kitchen & balcony. With all bills included the room costs 500 € per month.
The apartment is located in Berlin-Lichtenberg, 5 min walking distance from S-Bhf Karlshorst. It's ideal for those who love living in a greener & relaxing area of the city with really nice neighbors that we actually know, talk to often and have BBQs as well as cakes & coffes in the back yard with. Going to and around the City Ceter is easy as the connection with the train ist very good - you need 7 min to Ostkreuz (Friedrichshain), 18 min to Alex, 19 min to Kottbuser Tor (Kreuzberg) and to Müggelsee.
Also we have shops, Restaurants, Cafés, a climbing wall, a paddock with horses, a theatre, an outside swimming pool etc, etc. - pretty much everything is close around our house.
Having good vibes together is most important for us, that’s why we want to get to know you as you are when meeting each other.

wir sind Bianca, Veronica und Maria, ab dem 31. Oktober bis zum 1. Mai 2025 (6 Monate) wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei, da ich im Ausland arbeiten werde. Wenn alles gut passt, gibt es jedoch auch die Option auf Verlängerung. Daher suchen wir nach einer neuen, offenen und sympathischen Mitbewohnerin. Die Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt ist möglich.
Wir haben ein sehr schönes, harmonisches Zusammenleben, kochen miteinander und treffen uns auf ein Update des Tages bei einer Tasse Tee, laden Freunde ein, gehen oft aus und lachen viel. Wir respektieren einander, unser Appartement ist immer sauber und wenn irgendetwas ist, dann sprechen wir darüber und genauso möchten wir das Zusammenleben auch weiterhin mit einer neuen Mitbewohnerin gestalten.
Das Zimmer ist 25 m² groß, möbliert und ab dem 31. Oktober frei. Wir teilen uns die ganze Wohnung (137m²), also mit geräumigen und gemütlichen Wohnzimmer (18m²), Bad, Küche & Balkon. Alles in allem kostet die Miete für das Zimmer 500 € pro Monat.
Die WG liegt in Lichtenberg 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Karlshorst. Es ist ideal für diejenigen, die es lieben in einer eher grüneren & entspannten Lage mit tollen Nachbar/innen zu wohnen, mit denen man sich gut versteht und öfters zum Grillen oder Kuchen & Kaffee im Hof trifft. Die Bahnanbindung ist extrem gut. Mit der S-Bahn ist man z.B. in 7 min am Ostkreuz, 18 min am Alex, 19 min am Kotti und zum Müggelsee dauert es auch nur ca. 30 min.
Es gibt auch BioComapay, Netto, Aldi und Edeka, Rossmann, viele Restaurants und Cafés um die Ecke. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen schönen Badesee, ein kleines Waldstück (ideal zum Joggen), die Trapprennbahn mit vielen Pferden, ein Kletterfelsen, ein Schwimmbad, das FEZ etc.
