1 großes, ruhiges Zimmer Altbau in Berlin Mitte/Wedding. Ab 01.12.2024. Oder nach Vereinbarung. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Die Wohnung hat 120 qm, 1 Zimmer ca. 34 qm ist zu vermieten, eigene Eingangstür. Ansonsten Küche und Duschbad gemeinsam. Ich bin locker und weltoffen. Es wäre gut wenn du schon WG Erfahrung hättest.
Ich bin ich nur wenig daheim.
. Du solltest nichts gegen Hunde haben. Mit mir leben zwei ganz liebe davon. Diese sind entweder mit mir unterwegs oder meistens in meinem Zimmer. Heizung, Strom, WLAN, sind incl. Kaution würde sich auf 1200€ Belaufen. Anbindung ist sehr gut. Straßenbahn vor der Tür und zu Fuß fünf Minuten zur U-Seestraße. Gleich um die Ecke ist der Schillerpark, die Rehberge und der Plötzensee. Auch gleich nebenan sind die Technische Fachhochschule, des Robert-Koch Institutes, der Charité Campus Virchow-Klinikum.

For rent 1 room flat share in WG, Berlin –Mitte/ Wedding. LGBTQ welcome. The Room is furnished. The flat has 120 square m², 1 room ca. 34 qm are to be rented, Own hall, own front door, otherwise kitchen and bat shared. The apartment is located in the second house so there is no street noise. I do freelance work. I;am easygoing, friendly and cosmopolitan. If you want to stay for a longer term, there is a trial period for 3 months. I have two sweet dogs.
Costs are warm 700 Euro. Security deposit of 1200 is required. In addition, Energy, Heather, W-Lan inclusive.

I am not often at Home.
Maby 1 or 2 Days a Week.
Tram stop Seestr/Amrumer Str. is before the door and by foot five minutes to the U – Bahn Seestraße. Just round the corner is the Schillerpark, Rehberge and the Plötzensee. Also in the vicinity is the technical advanced technical college, the Robert Koch institute, the Charité campus and Virchow medical centre.

Während der Sommermonate bin ich selten daheim.
Dennoch, ich stehe nicht auf zu laute Musik, Partys in der Wohnung oder regelmäßiges Kochen mitten in der Nacht. Habe damit leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Ein respektvolles miteinander und eine gute Komunikation erleichtern vieles. Privatsphäre ist mir wichtig. Ich kann aber auch gesellig sein. Wenn es passt und sich so entwickelt, steht guten Gesprächen, einem gemeinsamen Kochen, Kaffe, Bier, Wein nichts im Wege. Du solltest keine Tierhaarallergie haben. Ich habe zwei liebe Hunde und da bleibt es nicht aus, dass auch mal irgendwo Haare sind. Die Hunde sind natürlich, hauptsächlich auf meiner Seite der Wohnung und im Sommer sowieso mit mir unterwegs.
