Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin für das 4. Zimmer in unser WG. Das Zimmer ist nicht so groß, siehe Bilder, deswegen können wir verstehen wenn ihr nur für kurze Zeit dort wohnen möchtet. Das Fenster geht zum Innenhof, also gibt es kein Verkehrslärm. Es ist auch hell, dank Spots in der Decke. Matratze und Schreibtisch ist vorhanden. Bei Interesse einfach schreiben!
We're a shared student-flat renting out a 4th room. It's quite small, so usually people stay 1-3 month at a time, but you are also welcome to stay longer! Your room is facing to the backyard - meaning you have zero noise from traffic. You have a well light desk, and a nice 2nd floor with a mattress. Yes, there is a window, and enough electric outlets. Towels, bed sheets and blanket are provided.
Charlottenburg is one of the most noble parts of the city ;). The Charlottenburg Palace is close by, with a beautiful garden/park. There is also a park right next door, and the famous Gedächtniskirche. There is a public pool just 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. And if you need to go shopping there is Wilmersdorfer Straße.
Public transport is 6 minutes away (Underground) or Bus (1-3 minutes).
The TU is 10 minutes away by bike or bus.
The WG life is mixed and always changed depending on the circumstances.
Yousra likes to go to bars and concerts, Ben likes to do outdoor sports, swimming, working out.
Sometimes we would also spend time in the kitchen together with friends or watch a movie.
