In unserer WG in Charlottenburg wird ab Februar 2025 ein Zimmer frei, da ich (Benedikt) für meine Promotion nach Hamburg ziehe und die nächsten 2 bis 3 Jahre voraussichtlich dort bleiben werde. Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß, hat einen Erker, große Fenster und hohe Decken. Auf den Fotos sind noch Möbel zu sehen. Das Zimmer wird aber unmöbliert sein, mit der Ausnahme des Wandregals. Das habe ich vor einem guten Jahr neu gebaut und es wäre schade es jetzt wieder von der Wand zu holen. Daher wünsche ich mir vom Nachmieter einen Abschlag von 300 Euro.
We are looking for someone new to move in with us in our shared apartment from Februar 2025, since I (Benedikt) am moving to Hamburg for my PhD for the next 2 to 3 years. The room has 25sqm, a bay window, is very bright, and has high ceilings. On the pictures, there is still furniture. However, the room will be unfurnished, with the exception of the big shelf. I build it new a year ago and it would be a shame to take it off the wall again. Therefore I would like to ask 300 Euros from the next tenant for the shelf.
Die WG befindet sich direkt an der S-Bahn Station Jungfernheide, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum wunderschönen Schlosspark des Schlosses Charlottenburg, der zum joggen, spazieren, sonnenbaden und und und einlädt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, S-Bahn S41, S42, Bus M27, 109, U-Bahn U7, Regio ist man bestens angebunden und schnell im Herzen Berlins (z.B. 10min zum Zoologischen Garten) oder in Moabit mit netten Bars und Cafés (10 min bis Birkenstraße). Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Netto, Rewe befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend vorhanden.
The apartment is right in front of the S-Bahn station Jungfernheide right next to the park of Schloss Charlottenburg. With all the different kinds of public transportation (S-Bahn S41, S42, Bus M27, 109, U-Bahn U7, Regio) you can get to other districts quick and easily. You have quite a few options to get groceries right around the corner. Parking is not a problem around here.
Du wirst hier mit Greta und Flin zusammen wohnen. Greta ist 27 und hat gerade ihr Studium in Literaturwissenschaft abgeschlossen und Flin hat Schauspiel an der Udk studiert und arbeitet gerade frei. Wir führen hier ein sehr lockeres WG-Leben. Wenn wir Lust haben, dann kochen wir zusammen, sitzen in der Küche oder trinken gemeinsam ein Bier auf dem Balkon. You will live together with Greta and Flin. Greta is 27 and just finished her studies in literature. Flin studied acting at the Udk and works as a freelancer right now. We live together in a relaxed manner. If we are up for it, we sit down together in the kitchen for a beer or we cook together. But at the same time, we like to give each other the necessary space. You can find out more during a zoomdate or a personal one in our kitchen.
