Hi there :)

we are searching a new flatmate for our spacious 33 sqm room in our charming Altbau apartment with huge roofterrace and big living-room type kitchen.
The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, close to "Rixbox", 5min to U7 Rathaus Neukölln. There are
plenty of shopping possibilities, bars and cafes around. The parks Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide are close by to see the sunset.

We are 2 women and 1 man, (portuguese, german and italian) living, working and enjoying Berlin since ~2/3 years. We are not a ZweckWG, but also not a "family WG", so everybody does her/his thing, but we usually like to hang in the kitchen or on the roof terrace for a deep conversation or a simple chat. We are looking for someone in their 30´s, working, kind, clean & respectful. ♡

The room will be mostly empty. Only the couch you see on the photos will remain.

Unfortunatly, anmeldung (official registration) is NOT possible.
