Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/einer neuen Mitbwohner:in für ein schönes großes Zimmer. Es gibt genügend Steckdosen und einen Fernsehanschluss. Es hat ein großes Fenster. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Sofa, Schrank etc.
Die Wohnung hat eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine. Unser neues WG-Mitglied darf sich auch über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner freuen. Der große Garten hinter dem Haus darf von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden. Praktisch ist auch der Bäcker im Haus.
We are looking for a new roommate for a nice big room. There are enough sockets and a TV connection. It has a large window. The room is furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe etc.
The apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Our new WG member may also enjoy a washing machine and dryer. The large garden behind the house may be used by all residents. Practical is also the baker in the house.

Unsere WG liegt in einem eher ruhigen Teil von Berlin, trotzdem sind verschiedene Supermärkte, Drogerien etc. fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus ist man in zehn Minuten an der Schlosstraße. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man drei Minuten (181, X83, M82, 283, 184, 284, 187, N81, N84), die nächste SBahn-Station ist eine Haltestelle weiter und ebenfalls schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Fünf Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt liegt der Bahnhof Lichterfelde Ost von wo auch Züge in alle Richtungen fahren. Fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt liegt ein FU Campus und der Gemeindepark Lankwitz ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch zum Teltowkanal und zum Stadtpark Steglitz ist es nicht weit.
Our shared apartment is located in a rather quiet part of Berlin, yet various supermarkets, drugstores, etc. are within walking distance. By bus you can reach the Schlosstraße in ten minutes. The nearest bus stop is a three-minute walk (181, X83, M82, 283, 184, 284, 187, N81, N84), the next SBahn station is one stop further and also within walking distance. Five minutes away by bus is the train station Lichterfelde Ost from where trains leave in all directions. Five minutes away by bike is a FU campus and the community park Lankwitz is just around the corner. It is also not far to the Teltowkanal and the Stadtpark Steglitz.

Wir sind Sid, Jonas, Maxim und Julia und suchen jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für unsere WG. Maxim, Jonas und Julia arbeiten Vollzeit, Sid beendet gerade sein Studium.
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen. Sei es, abends etwas trinken zu gehen oder ein WG Abend mit einem guten Film.
