Room

Hello there,

deutsch und englisch passt. (german and english is fine).

offering a nice, furnished Room not far from Alexanderplatz. It's between Seneferlderplatz and Alexanderplatz Train Station. It has a nice view outside the window (see the photos)

Appartment is 55 square meters. Your room about 11 square meters. In that room, there's a desk, a Closet, Bed and some shelves. Everything nice and clean.

This room is only available for 3 months, so it would be the perfect match if you have an internship in Berlin or something similair.

I myself am a freelancer, working from home / outside. To be honest, I am not super interested in a lot of social life with my roommate, since I am quite busy anyway but of course the occasional cooking is fine

I have a lot of expierience with flatshares. All my study life, and thereafter, I lived in about 6 different flatshares. I would describe myself as laid-back and calm. It would help if you have already lived in flatshares too, and not just moved out from home.

You can use all stuff in the appartment, kitchen etc. here. There's no big rules (except what is common sense). If you also appreciate a clean place - perfect. (yes, there's a dishwasher :)
