1 room for rent in a WG. A very small, harry potter sized room. Available feb 1, flexible plus or minus two weeks.
The room is small, but very minimal, and mega quiet, it's separate from the other rooms, and there is a highbed above to sleep. Ideal for people who are mostly working elsewhere (I prefer people who don't work at home) and don’t need a lot of space... but also fine to do some work in occasionally, and the kitchen provides another space to hang (there is no living room unfortunately).
The area is beautiful directly next to the canal, the bus connections are great, and it is right directly on a park, and nice walking bridge where people hang out every warm night, landwehrkanal has amazing paths to walk along. The grocery shopping is across the canal over the beautiful walk bridge, very few places can offer these kind of outdoor surroundings... Weserstrase and its throng of bars is only 2 streets away.
Living here is one couple (american man and scottish woman), we are two parents with kids visiting sometimes and staying. my 17 year old son stays part time. Most of us are out most of the day, we are ideally looking for someone who is busy elsewhere...
A very warm, friendly, but on-the-go household.
