Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten und hat hohe Decke - ein schönes und helles Zimmer. Es hat ein großes Fenster richtung di ruhige Straße. Unsere Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus, 1. Stock. Es gibt einen Keller und einen Hinterhof mit grünem Bereich wo wir im Sommer ruhig Bücher lesen können, und Platz wo Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 97 m2 groß, hat 4 Zimmer, einen Flur, ein großes Bad und eine große, helle Küche. Es gibt immer warmes Wasser, die Heizung funktioniert und das Beste: wir haben eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine!

The room has longish form and has high ceiling - a beautiful bright room. It has a big window that faces the quiet street. Our apartment is located in the front house, 1st floor. There is a basement to store the extra stuffs and backyard for bikes with green area to read books in the summer. The apartment is around 97 m2 with 4 rooms, one hallway, big bathroom and spacey bright kitchen. Warm water and heater are available all the time, plus we have washing machine and dishwasher.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Sehr zentral gelegen, sind von ihr aus alle Orte Berlins schnell zu erreichen. 3 Minuten Laufen von der Haustür ist der U6-Bahnhof Schwartzkopffstraße - läuft man 8 Minuten ist man am S/Tram-Bahnhof Nordbahnhof - per Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am S/U-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße oder Prenzlauer Berg. Es gibt einen Bäcker direkt in unserer Straße. Edeka, dM, steinecke, 19grams Café sind gleich um die Ecke. Für Einkaufen bis Mitternacht kann man mit der U-Bahn drei Stationen fahren (Leopoldplatz) um von einem türkischen Laden frische Obst und Gemüse mit gutem Preis nach Hause zu bringen.

The location is one of the best spots in Berlin. Very central, and can be quickly reached from many places in Berlin. 3 minutes walk from the doorstep is the U6 station Schwartzkopffstrasse. When you walk the other way around for 8 minutes you'll find the S/Tram station Nordbahnhof. 10 minutes cycling will bring you either to Friedrichstrasse or Prenzlauer Berg. To fulfil your breakfast needs, a bakery diagonally in front of the house is there from Monday-Sunday until noon. Edeka, DM, steinecke, 19grams Café are right at the corner. For late night shoppers, there is a turkish traditional market at three U-Bahn stations away (Leopoldplatz), where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at a very good price.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG. Aufgrund unserer unterschiedlichen Beschäftigungen ist unser Arbeitsalltag sehr unterschiedlich - an manchen Tagen laufen wir uns deswegen fast gar nicht über den Weg, an manch anderen wiederum sehr oft. Wir sind also auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG, können deswegen nicht sehr oft etwas zusammen unternehmen. Am besten ist also, wenn ihr sozial schon gut eingebunden seid oder euch nicht vernachlässigt fühlt, wenn wir nicht immer alle zusammen sind. Auf jeden Fall sind wir alle 4 sehr nett und aufgeschlossen.
Da wir im Moment 2 Frauen und 2 Männer sind, fänden wir es am besten, dieses Gleichgewicht zu wahren - und möchten, dass wieder eine Frau bei uns einzieht. Leider aus allergischen Gründen können wir nicht Haustiere in der Wohnung haben.

We are a mixed WG. We have different activities, sometimes we run into each other, sometimes we don't. During free time, we sometimes go watch movies together or make spontaneous dinner. We don't always hang out together, but we are definitely awesome flatmates :)
Since we are currently 2 women and 2 men, we'd like to keep this balance and looking for a female flatmate. Unfortunately due to allergic reason we cannot have pets in the apartment.
