Alle Räume sind ruhig und sonnig, Das wohnlich möblierte Zimmer (22 qm) hat abgezogene Dielen, ein Bett (1,40 x 2,00 m), einen großen Holzschreibtisch, Shoji-Schränke und einen Orient-Teppich. Falls gewünscht, können Bettdecke und Kopfkissen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden, ebenso Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Bad wird geteilt, ebenso die Küche. Für jede Mieterin gibt es einen eigenen Kühlschrank in der Wohnküche. Ein separater Gastanschluss fürs Internet ist vorhanden.
The flat (75 sqm) is situated in the third floor, with view into the green backyard, and is very quiet and sunny. The room has a wooden floor, an orient carpet, a bed (1,40 x 2,00 m, a wooden desk and Shoji Wardrobes. If needed, bed cover and bed linen, as well as towels, can be provided. The bathroom will be shared and the kitchen. There is an extra fridge in the sit in-kitchen for each person. There is an extra internet account for guests.
Das Haus liegt zwischen der U-Bahn-Station Eberswalder Straße und der S- und U-Bahn-Station Schönhauser Allee. Der Helmholtzplatz ist gleich um die Ecke, mit einem kleinen Park und vielen Restaurants, Kneipen und Cafés. Die Tram M1 und M12 sind nur 5 Min. entfernt. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es ca. 7 Minuten mit der U-Bahn, zum Bahnhof Friedrichstraße mit der Tram 12 Minuten. Im Prenzlauer Berg gibt es viele ansprechende Restaurants und Cafés.
The house is situated between U-Bahn-Station Eberswalder Straße and S- and U-Bahn-Station Schönhauser Allee (ca. 7-min.walk). Around the corner you find the Helmholtzplatz with restaurants, pubs and cafés. The Tram M1 and M12 are just 5 min. away. To get to Alexanderplatz it takes 7 min. by U-Bahn, to Bahnhof Friedrichstraße 12 min. by Tram. In this neighbourhood - Prenzlauer Berg - you will find many nice restaurants and cafés.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem typischen Prenzlauer-Berg-Altbau, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Da hier viele Familien mit Kindern wohnen, sind Partys und lauter Besuch unerwünscht. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für Studentinnen, Berufstätige oder Praktikantinnen. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet.
The flat is situated in an old house which is typical for the Prenzlauer Berg. There us no lift! Because many families with children live here, no partys or noise would be appreciated.The place is fine for female professionals, students or interns. Smoking is not permitted.
