Bist du auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen Zimmer in einer WG, die nicht nur Platz, sondern auch Persönlichkeit bietet? Dann lies weiter (... und bitte bis zum Ende ;))!

## Zur WG:

Du würdest mit mir (männlich, humorvoll und stets einem guten Kaffee nicht abgeneigt) und meiner 4-jährigen Tochter (sie ist die halbe Zeit hier und bringt eine extra Portion Leben und Lachen in die Bude) zusammenleben. Wir sind ein eingespieltes Team, das gern mal ein lustiges Chaos veranstaltet, aber trotzdem wissen, wann Ruhe angesagt ist. Unsere WG ist nicht nur eine Wohngemeinschaft, sondern auch ein Ort, an dem man sich richtig wohlfühlen kann.

## Zum Zimmer:

Das Zimmer ist hell, geräumig und ideal für alle, die einen Ort zum Wohlfühlen suchen. Es hat genug Platz für ein Bett, (einen Schreibtisch bei Bedarf), und noch eine gemütliche Leseecke, falls du auf die Idee kommen solltest, ein Buch in einem Rutsch durchzulesen (oder mehrere).

## Zur Lage:

Unsere Wohnung liegt in einem entspannten Viertel, mit allem, was man so braucht, in Laufnähe. Die S-Bahnhöfe Lichtenberg und Nöldnerplatz sind innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, auch gibt es in 5 min Laufzeit diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In 10 min ist man mit Fahrrad oder Bus am Boxhagener Platz und somit mitten in der Friedrichshainer Party- und Kneipenszene. Grundsätzlich handelt es sich hier um eine klassische Wohngegend, heißt, hier ist nicht sonderlich viel los und es ist sehr ruhig.

## Zu uns:

Wie gesagt, ich bin ein entspannter Typ, der gerne mit Holz werkelt, gerade das Kochen wiederentdeckt, der Ukulele ein paar ordentliche Töne versucht abzuringen und es genießt, Zeit mit seiner Tochter zu verbringen wenn sie hier ist. Sie ist kreativ, fröhlich und macht mich manchmal ganz schön fertig – aber das ist die Freude des Vaterseins, oder? Gemeinsam sind wir also eine Mischung aus Ruhe und Action, aus Spielen und Entspannen.

Apropos Entspannen: Unter der Woche bin ich meist für ein paar Tage in Brüssel, da hast Du die Wohnung dann sogar für Dich allein ...

Ich selbst hab schon in mehreren WGs sowohl in Berlin als auch im Ausland gelebt und es immer als inspirierend empfunden mit unterschiedlichen Menschen zusammen zu wohnen. Daher möchte ich diese Art des Wohnens auch in der Konstellation mit meiner Tochter fortführen... :)

## Was wir uns von dir wünschen?
Jemand, die sich genauso wohlfühlen möchte wie wir, Nichtraucherin ist, gerne mal quatscht und offen ist für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und sei es für ein gemeinsames Frühstück/Abendessen, sich nicht erschrickt wenn ein neugieriges Kind in der Tür steht ... Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, aber wir sind keine Putzfanatiker. Humor ist allerdings ein Muss!

Are you looking for a cosy room in a shared flat that offers not only space but also personality? Then read on (... and please read to the end ;))!

### About the flat share:

You would be living with me (male, humorous and always up for a good coffee) and my 4-year-old daughter (she's here half the time and brings an extra dose of life and laughter to the place). We are a well-rehearsed team who like to organise a bit of chaos, but still know when it's time for peace and quiet. Our flat share is not just a shared flat, but also a place where you can really feel at home.

### About the room:

The room is bright, spacious and ideal for anyone looking for a place to feel at home. It has enough space for a bed, (a desk if needed), and another cosy reading corner in case you get the idea to read through a book (or several) in one go.

### About the location:

Our flat is located in a relaxed neighbourhood with everything you need within walking distance. The Lichtenberg and Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn stations are within a 10-minute walk, and there are also various shopping facilities within a 5-minute walk. Boxhagener Platz is just 10 minutes away by bike or bus, putting you right in the centre of the Friedrichshain party and pub scene. Basically, this is a classic residential neighbourhood, which means that there is not a lot going on here and it is very quiet.

### About us:

As I said, I'm a relaxed guy who likes to work with wood when he's not at the computer, is rediscovering cooking, is trying to wring a few decent notes out of the ukulele and enjoys spending time with my daughter when she's here. She's creative, cheerful and sometimes she wears me out - but that's the joy of being a father, isn't it? So together we are a mixture of rest and action, of playing and relaxing. Speaking of relaxing: I'm usually in Brussels for a few days during the week, so you even have the flat partly to yourself ...

I've lived in several shared flats myself, both in Berlin and abroad, and have always found it inspiring to live with different people. That's why I would like to continue this way of living with my daughter... :)

## What do we want from you?
Someone who wants to feel as comfortable as we do, is a non-smoker, likes to chat and is open to joint activities, be it for breakfast/dinner together, doesn't get scared when a curious child stands in the doorway ... Cleanliness is important to us, but we are not cleaning fanatics. However, a sense of humor is a must!
