Hi my name is Camilla and I rent two rspacious ooms in my beautiful flat, centrally located in the calm and at the same time vibrant Schröderstraße. I live most of the year in spain and am here in Berlin in my small room for approx. 6 weeks during spring and autmn. So most of the year there will be only two people in the spacious flat.
One room belongs to lovely Emily and her cute cat Mila atm. Emily is a nurse in Charite and super friendly and sweet person.
The third room approx. 25 qm is party furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and a cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking material so it is perfect for an intermediate stay. If i works out well it would be possible to prolong to october or even longer.
Schröderstraße is one of the prettiest streets of Mitte, in the middle of vibrant city life but very calm yet and very cosy! The street is perfectly located between Rosenthaler Platz and Nordbahnhof. Here are restaurants from all over the world directly around the corner. On top of it there is Nordbahnhofpark and Humboldthain nearby, where I love to go for a stroll with my cute neighor´s dog Schröder from time to time.
Maintaining a warm and friendly energy is very important here in the flat. The kitchen table will always be a good place to exchange some nice words about daily life. The atmosphere in the house is very warm and lovely, people here greet and help eah other. I am also acupunturista and happy to share a treatment from time to time!
