Deine zukünftige U-Bahn-Station ist der U-Bahnhof Nauener Platz, der nur 2 Minuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt liegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage und gehört noch zum Bezirk Mitte.

Von hier aus hast du Anschluss an die U9 in Richtung Rathaus Steglitz sowie in Richtung Zoologischer Garten und Kurfürstendamm. An diesen Stationen hast du auch die Möglichkeit, in die S-Bahn oder die U-Bahn-Linie U2 umzusteigen. Weiterhin kannst du mit der U9 in Richtung Osloer Straße fahren, wo du Anschluss an die U8 in Richtung Hermannstraße und Wittenau sowie in Richtung Alexanderplatz hast. Von dort aus kannst du ebenfalls in die S-Bahn und weitere U-Bahn-Linien umsteigen. Am Nauener Platz verkehrt außerdem der Bus der Linie 247 in Richtung Gesundbrunnen, von dem aus du in die U8 umsteigen kannst.

In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: ein Penny und ein Lidl. Direkt in unserer Strasse gibt es zudem 3 Spätkäufe, in dem du bei Bedarf schnell noch Lebensmittel besorgen kannst, falls der Kühlschrank leer ist. In der Umgebung findest du außerdem zahlreiche Dönerbuden sowie eine Pizzeria. Zudem gibt es mehrere Apotheken, türkische Bäckereien und Supermärkte in der Nähe. In Spätkäufen können außerdem Pakete abgeben werden, sodass du nicht extra zur Post gehen musst. 2 Fahrschulen befinden sich ebenfalls in unserer Straße. Der Plötzensee ist nur 10 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt – ideal, um den Tag im Sommer entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.

From here, you have access to the U9 in the direction of Rathaus Steglitz, as well as towards Zoologischer Garten and Kurfürstendamm. Ich bin auch offen dafür, wenn du ein Jahr oder zwei Jahre bleiben möchtest – ich gebe dir die Möglichkeit, langfristig zu bleiben. :)

Wichtig: Ich suche nur eine Person als Untermieter! Paare, die ein WG-Zimmer suchen, sind ausgeschlossen. Kleine Tiere sind erlaubt. Hunde sind ebenfalls erlaubt wenn sie nicht den Hausfrieden stören. Aus hygienischen Gründen sind Hunde im Badezimmer und in der Küche (teilweise) nicht gestattet. Listenhunde sind ausgeschlossen.
