Das Zimmer ist im 3. OG mit Balkon Richtung Süden ausgerichtet, also viel Sonne. Es gibt hohe Decken mit ein wenig Stuck. Es gib ein Eine Kleiderstange, ein gemütliches Bett und ich werde ein paar Fächer in der Kommode Freiräumen. Außerdem sind hier pflanzen und die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. Es gibt ein Sofa, welches man auch in der Länge ausklappen kann. Auch sehr gemütlich.

Du wirst hier mit Vincent (34) und Simon (32) leben. Ich kann mir keine entspannteren Mitbewohner vorstellen als die beiden. Beide berufstätig, sportlich sehr aktiv und gehen gern aus am Wochenende. Wir machen oft was zusammen und es gibt eigentlich keinen Abend, an dem wir nicht abends in der Küche sitzen und quatschen.
Wir nehmen sehr viel Rücksicht aufeinander und Themen die einen stören werden direkt kommuniziert. Eine goldene Regel bei uns: Die Türen sind überwiegend immer offen. Klar, außer man hat ein Meeting oder Besuch etc.
Außerdem haben wir eine Putzkraft und was man für die WG kauft wird geteilt und über Splitwise abgerechnet.
