This flat is exceptionally sunny — and I know everyone says that, but in this case, it’s true! As a rooftop apartment, it offers plenty of natural light and a stunning view of the city. On top of that, it’s located on Simon-Dach-Straße, which, for those unfamiliar with Berlin, is one of the best areas in the city — seriously, ask your friends!
The flat has been recently renovated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, fridge, and all the necessary kitchenware). There’s even a cozy corner with a table, perfect for meals or working from home. Being on the 5th floor, the elevator is a real lifesaver!
The bathroom includes a washing machine, and the room is fully furnished.
Rent is all-inclusive: furniture, green energy, high-speed internet, heating, and basic utility costs are all covered.
