The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a new building. The flat has five rooms, a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and a guest toilet. The kitchen has a kitchenette with an electric stove. The free room is nicely cut and very bright.
In unmittelbarer Waldrandlage, direkt an der Kämmereiheide und wenige Minuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet die WG naturnahes Wohnen pur. Als Ausgangspunkt für umfangreiche Wanderungen oder Radtouren durch den Köpenicker Forst, aber auch für Spaziergänger und Skater hat die Umgebung der Wohnanlage viel zu bieten. Located on the edge of the forest, directly on the Kämmereiheide and a few minutes away from the Müggelsee, the WG offers pure living close to nature. As a starting point for extensive hikes or bike tours through the Köpenicker Forst, but also for walkers and skaters, the surroundings of the housing complex has much to offer. School, daycare center, youth club, hospital, various shops and a bus connection of the BVG are in the immediate neighborhood.
