We will soon have a lovely furnished cosy room available in our flat and are looking for a unicorn flatmate ✨

We are looking for a woman, as in this flat it has been two guys one girl for many years and we just want to mix up the energy a bit !

We are looking for someone over 25 (important), who doesn't smoke or take drugs (at least not every week), clean (important. important! did we mention this is important?), and employed.

Ideally you've already lived in Berlin for a while and also lived with other people before.

Anmeldung is very tricky and perhaps even not possible because it's complicated with the Hausverwaltung.
Even if it is possible, it would only be after 6 months to a year when we are sure we enjoy living with each other.

🐣 The room

20qm and it has a window to the Hoff, so it is quiet.
It is very cozy, furnished with everything you would need like a good mattress, a great big wardrobe with mirrors, a desk, but if you have your own furniture we can discuss this, but after August.

🏡 The flat
- - -
has high ceilings (4m!), wooden floors, a big living room (around 30qm), is on an elevated ground floor (2,5 meters from the street) and it is well furnished.
We have a washing machine, a dishwasher, and generally most electronic devices one could need.

🫧 Cleaningness
- - -
We like it clean and this is important to us. Nothing too crazy, the basics. For example:
• You accidentaly drop toothpaste or coffee on the floor? You clean it before continuing your day.
• You took a shower? You clean your hair afterwards from the bathtab (oh yeah we also have a bathtab!).
• You took a poop? You know the drill!
This kind of thing.
If things like that do not come natural to you, that's totally fine... but please find something else, because it is simply not going to work. We did have some lovely people here before that have another standard when it comes to that and it's a heartbreak on both sides when we have to part ways for this reason.

🍻 Hanging out

We like to occasionally, mostly spontaneously chill, share dinners or host board game nights or even have party from time to time!
But we do have our own pretty busy lives as well so do not expect to be hanging out every day :)

🐴 The neighborhood

We live on the lovely neighborhood in Kreuzberg called Wrangelkiez, which is close to Schlesisches Tor, with lots of bars and green spaces around (but not too close!). The neighbors are also pretty cool!

We are Angie, a greek girl (35) who studies art, loves cooking, and listening to music, and Khalifa, a super friendly Egyptian guy (29) who works as a video creator ! ✨
We are creative and you are welcome to be too!
We like to think about the space, and implement improvements. We are looking for someone that is looking for something more than a bed to sleep on, cares about the space and is able to have good open communication and feedback.
We love plants, and pets, even though we don't have any! But if you have a cat or dog we would not object :)
