Dein Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und hat eine große Fensterfront, die viel Helligkeit reinlässt.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Wohnküche, der Treffpunkt der WG. Außerdem gibt es ein schönes Bad mit Wanne, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner und einen Ofen – es ist alles da!
Dein Zimmer ist durch einen Flur von den anderen beiden Zimmern getrennt, sodass du viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe hast. Der Ausblick ist schön grün, ohne störende Häuserwand. Ab mittags kannst du dich über viel Sonnenschein freuen!

Your room is 17 square meters with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The highlight of the apartment is the large kitchen-living room, which is the meeting point of the shared flat. Additionally, there is a nice bathroom with a bathtub, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an oven – everything is available!
Your room is separated from the other two rooms by a hallway, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. The view from the room is green and unobstructed by buildings, and from midday onwards, you can enjoy plenty of sunlight!
Besonders schön an der Lage ist die Nähe zum Schlosspark, zum Bürgerpark sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Rathaus-Center Pankow.
Der S- und U-Bahnhof Pankow ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Tram-Linien 50 und M1 erreicht man bereits in 3 Minuten.
Wenn du die Natur genießen möchtest, können wir gerne eine Fahrradtour ins nahe gelegene Grün unternehmen. Das Geniale an der Lage ist, dass man schnell in der Natur ist, aber trotzdem in nur 20 Minuten den Alexanderplatz erreicht.
Des weiteren ist Berlin's beste Boulderhalle nur 10 Minuten zu fuß entfernt.
