Your bedroom has a large bed (160x200cm) and it's quite comfy. You'll also find a wardrobe, a shelf, a dresser, a desk and chair and a bedside table. Everything is made of wood (except for chair and mattress, of course).
Three large windows cover the largest wall side to side, letting a lot of light through and making this room unusually bright and sunny for Berlin's standards. There are curtains to block the light at night.
The flat is on the 4th floor of a big building served by two elevators. It has two nice bathrooms, two balconies, a large living room and an open kitchen.
The location is super central, in the middle of the Ringbahn: few minutes away from 5 different Ubahn lines (U1, U2 U3, U6, U8) and 5 minutes by foot to several major museums. It's on the border between Kreuzberg and Mitte and very well served by public transports. Lots of services can be found anywhere in the area: restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops of any kind.
Close to the apartment there are lots of public areas (small parks and playgrounds), with nice fountains and rabbits and squirrels. The area is also very clean, safe and well kept.
We are:
- Adal from Spain, physics lecturer at a college.
- Kaan from Turkey, journalist completing a degree in social sciences.
- Juan Pablo from Colombia, doing a PhD in physics.
- Charlie from Australia, working in finance at Mozilla.
- Abtin from Iran, based between here and London, launching his own startup.
- ...and Maurizio who is leaving us, as he just found an apartment to move in together with his girlfriend.
The athmosphere in the flat is really nice. We're all friendly (if not friends) with each other and enjoy to share the apartment. We don't have parties or an intense WG life, but enjoy casually chatting and try to have a WG dinner and to watch a movie on the projector every week or two.
We all have a busy life and we are looking for someone who has a busy schedule as well, who is clean and responsible, but who is also friendly and happy to socialize with their roommates.
The room is available only until next June or July. If you are interested send us a message and we can try schedule a visit in person and/or online, to meet each other and to show you the flat.
