Hi, I am renting out a the balcony room in my apartment. The room has about 16qm and is very bright and nice especially in the afternoon. The room just as the entire flat are fully furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Parallelstraße der Goltzstraße. Viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurant und nette Läden sind in direkter Nähe und auch der wunderbare Winterfeldtmarkt ist jeden Samstag nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Kiez ist wunderschön - nicht langweilig, aber auch nicht hektisch. Super Anbindung - Anschluss: U7 (Eisenacher Str./Kleistpark), U1/U2/U3/U4 (Nollendorfplatz), diverse Buslinien
The apartment is located in Schöneberg, a central area of Berlin. Plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops are around in the lovely Kiez of Akazienstraße/Goltzstraße/Winterfeldtpaltz. It doesn't get boring here but it isn't too hectic either.
Public transport: U7 (Eisenacher Str./Kleistpark), U1/U2/U3/U4 (Nollendorfplatz) + several bus lines
Meine Mitbewohnerin wird da sein, die dir alles erklären/zeigen kann rund um die Wohnung.
Du solltest generell jemand sein, der Ordnung hält und hin und wieder das Putztuch schwingt.
