Es ist vollständig möbliert, mit Parket ausgelegt und allem ausgestattet was man so zum Leben braucht. Es gibt einen sonnigen Balkon eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld Platte und Kochutensilien.
Wichtig wäre, dass du das Zimmer und die Wohnung gut behandelst, immer sauber hältst und keine Partys veranstaltest oder laute Musik hörst.
Es handelt sich um eine Zweier-Wg. Im kleinere Zimmer wohnt Adriano, ein sehr netter Student aus Italien, der mit seinen Kochkünsten begeistert (-;

I would like to sublet my beautiful, quiet and bright (south-facing) shared room while I am traveling. It is fully furnished, with parquet flooring and everything you need for living. There is a sunny balcony and a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and cooking utensils.
It is important that you treat the room and the apartment well, always keep it clean and do not throw parties or listen to loud music.
