Hallo! Wir sind eine internationale Community von 3 Freelancer. Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für 2+ Monate unter und suche eine zuverlässige Untermieterin. Es soll für Dich selbstverständlich sein respektvoll mit der Wohnung umzugehen und sie sauber/ordentlich zu halten. 1x pro Woche treffen wir uns mit der WG und putzen gemeinsam.
Das Zimmer ist Aufgrund der zwei Fenster super hell, farbenfroh eingerichtet und hat nen Dielenboden und hohe Decke. Mein Schreibtisch ist in Höhe verstellbar, damit man sowohl im sitzen als im stehen arbeiten kann. Den großen Bildschirm und drahtlose Keyboard & Maus kannst Du gerne nutzen. Auf meiner Matratze habe ich ein Wärmeunterbett um in den Wintermonate das Bett (vor) zu heizen. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig (mit Badewanne), mit Handtücher für alle. Die Küche hat ausreichend Platz und so gut wie alles was man zum Kochen so braucht, als auch ein Slowjuicer, Nutribullet, Kaffee machine usw!
Hi There! We are an international community of 3 freelancers. I'm sub-renting my room for 2+ months and I'm looking for a responsible subtenant. Someone who is respectful and motivated to keep the house clean and tidy. Once a week we meet with the WG for a community clean-up, where we do a deep clean of the shared spaces.
My room is extremely bright due to the windows on two sides and very colourful. My desk can change height, so you can work both in sitting as well as standing. It has a big screen and wireless keyboard & mouse you can use. I've got heating on my mattress to (pre-) heat the bed during the Winter months. The apartment has high ceilings, wooden floors, etc. The bathroom is very spacious, with bathtub and plenty of towels you can use:) In the Kitchen you'll find about everything one needs for cooking, as well as a slow juicer, nutribullet, coffee machine etc!
Die Wohnung liegt im herzen Neuköllns. Höchstens wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt's viele nette Bars, unendlich Einkaufmöglichkeiten am Rathaus Neukölln, super Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U8 Boddinstr, U7 Rathaus Neukölln & (Nacht-)Bus) und die Parks Hasenheide und Tempelhofer Feld sind auch um die Ecke.
The flat is located at the heart of Neukölln. At the most a few minutes away by foot you'll find nice bars, a wide range of shopping opportunities, perfect connection with public transportation (U8, U7, (night-) busses) and the large parks Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld are around the corner as well.
Wir sind lebenslustige und recht entspannte Leute. An sich macht jeder so sein Ding aber die Türen stehen immer auf und man setzt sich in der Küche gern zusammen.
We are easy going, open-minded people. Everybody does more or less his/her own thing, but our doors are always open and we like to catch-up in the kitchen.
