Untermieter gesucht in geräumigen vollmöbliertem WG-Zimmer, direkt Halensee und am Ku'Damm

Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten vom Ku'damm entfernt, trotzdem ist es hier sehr ruhig, da sie in einer Seitenstraße liegt. Der Halensee befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Minuten zu Fuß) und bietet die perfekte Gelegenheit, um sich im Sommer abzukühlen oder zu sonnen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Rathenauplatz von dem aus die Busslinien M19/M29 im fünf Minutentakt fahren. Darüber befindet sich die Haltestelle S Halensee, von der aus man in die Ringbahn einsteigen kann. Hier fahren außerdem noch viele weitere Busse. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist also sehr gut.
Im Normalfall wartet man höchstens 5 Minuten auf den nächsten Bus.
In etwa 300 Metern Entfernung befinden sich ein Edeke, in ca. 800m entferung ein Netto und ein Aldi. 100 Meter entfernt befindet sich ein Rewe To Go Tankstelle (für uns der Späti). Nebenan gibt es noch ein indisches Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen und guten Preisen.

The apartment is 2 minutes away from Ku'damm, yet it is very quiet here since it is located on a side street. The Halensee (a lake) is in the close proximity (3 minutes walk) and offers the perfect opportunity to cool down or sunbathe in the summer.
The Rathenauplatz from which the bus lines M19/M29 leave every five minutes is very close by. Closely, there is the S Halensee stop, from which you can board the Ringbahn. Many other buses also stop here. The connection to public transport is therefore very good.
Normally, you will wait no more than 5 minutes for the next bus.
In about 300 meters distance there is an Edeke, in about 800m distance a Netto and an Aldi. 100 meters away is a Rewe To Go gas station (for us the Späti). Next door there is an Indian restaurant with very tasty food and good prices.

Die Wohnung wird komplett frei bis zum 1.2 bzw. bis zum 1.3 (für das große Zimmer). Daher wird es möglicherweise bis zum Einzug noch keine Mitbewohner geben. Je nachdem, wie früh ihr das Zimmer reserviert, könnt ihr euch ggf. den Mitbewohner selber aussehen. Ich wohne momentan selber nicht in der Wohnung und vermiete sie nur. Mir wäre wichtig, dass ihr zuverlässig seid, die Miete rechtzeitig zahlt und sauber seid. Der Mietvertrag ist auf ein Jahr befristet und kann dann erneuert werden, sofern alles gut passt.

The apartment will be completely available by February 1st, or by March 1st for the larger room. Therefore, there may not be any roommates until you move in. Depending on how early you reserve the room, you may be able to choose your roommate. I currently do not live in the apartment myself and am only renting it out. It is important to me that you are reliable, pay the rent on time, and keep the place clean. The lease is limited to one year and can be renewed if everything goes well.
