Das Zimmer ist groß, wunderschön und lichtdurchflutet. Es hat Dielen, eine riesige Fensterfront und einen Haken für deinen eigenen Kronleuchter! Sonst ist es halt ein Zimmer mit Wänden und so.
Zudem ist unsere Wohnung insgesamt ziemlich groß, und wir haben auch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit einem Kickertisch;) Eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden.
The room is large, beautiful and flooded with light. It has wooden floorboards, a huge window front and a hook for your own chandelier! Otherwise, it's just a room with walls and stuff.
Our apartment is also quite large overall, and we have a shared living room with a foosball table;) There's also a washing machine and dishwasher.
Unsere WG liegt im schönen Baumschulenweg ganz nah am Plänterwald. Wenn man sich mal vom Stadtgetümmel erholen will ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Wald und an der Spree mit einem Fährenanleger (ist sehr spannend, bringt einen auf die andere Spreeseite). Zur S-Bahn (S45, S46, S47, S8, S9, S85) läuft man nur 4 Minuten, zum Bus (165, 265, 365) 2 Min. In 5-15 Minuten ist man so in Neukölln, Kreuzberg oder Friedrichshain.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (dm, Reformhaus, EDEKA, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann) sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Gerade im FRrühöing und Sommer haben wir eine tolle Lage: mit dem Rad ist die Wuhlheide auch nicht weit und auch der Müggelsee ist gut zu erreichen:)
Our shared flat is located in beautiful Baumschulenweg very close to Plänterwald. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can be in the forest and on the Spree with a ferry dock (very exciting, takes you to the other side of the Spree) in 5 minutes on foot. The S-Bahn (S45, S46, S47, S8, S9, S85) is only 4 minutes away, the bus (165, 265, 365) 2 minutes. In 5-15 minutes you are in Neukölln, Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain.
Numerous shopping facilities (dm, health food store, EDEKA, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Especially in spring and summer we have a great location: the Wuhlheide is not far away by bike and the Müggelsee is also within easy reach:)
Ich verlasse schweren Herzens nach langer Zeit unsere WG. Du würdest dann mit Johanna, Chantal und Alaa zusammenleben. Die sind eigentlich die meiste Zeit ganz lieb;). Insgesamt sind alle relativ viel unterwegs, unternehmen aber häufig auch oft etwas zusammen. Zum Beispiel frühstücken wir gerne am Wochenende zusammen oder gehen in die Kneipe. In der WG leben wie vegetarisch und wir hoffen, dass passt auch für dich.
Der einzige kleine Haken ist, dass alle gerade nicht so ganz genau wissen, wo die Reise hingeht. Das heißt, dass sich die Konstellation in den nächsten Monaten noch irgendwie ändern kann. Dein Zimmer ist daher unbefristet, aber es hängt natürlich auch davon ab, wie sich die Situation entwickelt. Derzeit bin ich noch Hauptmieter, aber wir müssen noch klären, in wieweit eine Anmeldung und ein Wechsel in der Hauptmiete möglich ist. Also bitte nur melden, wenn das auch für dich in Ordnung ist.
I'm leaving our shared flat with a heavy heart after a long time. You would then be living with Johanna, Chantal and Alaa. They're actually really nice most of the time ;). All in all, everyone is out quite a lot, but we often do things together. For example, we like to have breakfast together at the weekend or go to the pub. In the flat, we eat vegetarian food only and it would be nice, if you would share this habit
The only minor issue is that we don't know exactly where we're heading. This means that the constellation could change somehow in the next few months. Your room is therefore permanent, but of course it also depends on how the situation develops. I am currently still the main tenant, but we need to clarify to what extent a registration and a change in the main tenancy is possible. So please only get in touch if this is okay with you.
