Gesucht wird ein netter Mitbewohner/in, der demnächst bei uns einziehen kann.
Zum Zimmer gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Es ist ca. 10 qm groß und mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch und einer Garderobenstange möbliert. Es gibt ein großes Fenster und man blickt auf die Straße. Das Zimmer ist ganz normal geschnitten. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde kürzlich kern saniert. Küche und Badezimmer sind neu.
Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhigen und sicheren Ecke von Berlin. Keine Drogendealer oder Junkies, eher Familien die es ruhig mögen.
Der S-Bahnhof Buckower Chaussee ist 12 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.
Vom S-Bahnhof sind es 21 min bis zum Bahnhof Friedrichstraße.
Im Umfeld der Wohnung finden sich, mehrere Supermärkte, ein Schwimmbad, Gastronomie, Sportplätze.

The Apartment is located in quite and safe area of Berlin. Many Familys living around. No drug dealers, junkys or other weird people.
Buckower Chaussee station is a 12-minute walk away. The bus stop is right in front of the door.
From the S-Bahn station it is 21 minutes drive to Friedrichstrasse station.
In the area of the apartment are several supermarkets, a swimming pool, restaurants, sports fields.
