Das Zimmer ist möbliert, so dass die wichtigsten Elemente wie Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bett vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine WG geschnitten. Es gibt einen langen Flur, und die Lage der Zimmer ist entlang des Flures. Das andere bewohnte Zimmer ist am anderen Ende des Flurs. Es gibt eine eigene Wohnküche mit Esstisch und ein Bad mit Badewann/Dusche und Waschmaschine.

Der Szene Kiez inkl. Simon Dach Str. ist zu Fuß ca 7 gehminuten entfernt.
8 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt man ca bis zur Ringbahnhaltestelle Frankfurter Allee und ca. 7 Minuten bis zur UBahn Haltestelle Frankfurter Tor.
Kulinarisch gibt es hier alles zu bieten was man sich wünschen kann. Von unterschiedlichsten Asiaten, über Mexicaner, Fast Food, Türkisch, Indisch Arabisch, einfach alles. Meistens zwischen 2 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß weg von der Wohnung.
Die Lage des Zimmers ist im Hinterhaus, so dass der Lärm der Straße nicht ins Zimmer dringt.
