The beautiful and bright room is around 11 square meters big and the window points to our nice garden. The sealings are almost 4 meters high. The room comes already with furniture and probably with a new bed. :)

The area is quite and very green. We have some nice parks around and the botanic garden of east berlin is very close as well. It's very convenient to bring a bike along. Especially in summertime you can discover some lakes and nice landscapes not far away from here.
There are plenty of grocery stores (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Norma, Penny, Rewe, Alsi, Denn‘s Biomarkt) and tram/bus stations around. The tram M1 is running 24/7. S&U Pankow is about 10 minutes away by bike (through Schlosspark).

Our big living room kitchen is nice to hang out and includes a "french balcony", which is especially handy, if you smoke.
We aim for an open communication and respectful behaviour towards each other and the house and it’s nice wooden floors and furniture! ✌️You should be open minded!
We can have a cleaning schedule so everyone can do their part in making the stay comfortable if necessary.

The price includes also electricity and internet. GEZ (Radio and tv tax) is additional but can be devided by all flatmates that need to pay it (17,50€ per flat).
Garbage separation is very important for us and the landlord!!!! 🗑
There are cats in the house that sometimes sneak into the flat to get some cuddle.
It’s possible to extend the contract.
Please write a little text about yourself and your idea of how flat share life should be like when applying for the room! A natural, friendly picture would probably help :)
