meine Tochter und ich suchen eine nette, offene Mitbewohnerin. Wir wohnen in einer gemütlichen Altbau Wohnung im schönen Pankow. Das Zimmer ist etwa ab 01.04.2025 beziehbar.
Für dich ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass hier eine achtjährige, interessierte Person lebt, die gerne mal an die Tür klopft. In dem Zimmer befinden sich Dinge von uns, auf die ich ab und an zugreifen muss. Es ist uns daher wichtig dass du eine Offenheit mitbringst.
Haustiere sind erlaubt.

My daughter and I are looking for a nice, open-minded roommate for four weeks. We live in a cozy old apartment in beautiful Pankow. The room is available from 01.04.2025
It is important for you to know that a 8-year-old, interested person lives here who likes to knock on the door. It is also important that there are things of ours in the room that I need to access from time to time. It is therefore important to us that you have an open mind.
Pets are allowed.
Die Lage und die Anbindung sind super. S und U-Bahn Pankow sind in 5min zu erreichen.
Auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe und zwei schöne Parks nur drei Tramhaltestellen oder mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen.
The location and connections are great. S-Bahn and U-Bahn Pankow can be reached in 5 minutes.
There are also many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and two beautiful parks just three streetcar stops or very easy to reach by bike.
Wir wünschen uns, wie gesagt eine offene, ordentliche Person.
Wir sind beide harmonische Menschen die auch mal unterwegs sind. Ich koche gern gesund und immer vegetarisch/ vegan.
An einigen Tagen in der Woche ist meine Tochter bei ihrem Vater. Das Zusammenleben sollte unkompliziert und reibungslos laufen ;)
Eine Grundordnung in der Wohnung ist mir wichtig. Es ist selbstverständlich, dass jede im Haushalt dazu beiträgt. Mal Durchsaugen oder Wischen gehört also dazu. Auch ein respektvoller Umgang mit Möbeln und allen anderen Nutzungsgegenständen sind mir wichtig. Ich verbringe auch ungern viel Zeit mit putzen und erledige einfach jeden Tag ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Das wünsche ich mir auch von dir. Unsere Wg ist rein vegetarisch/ vegan!!
Am Abend ist die Küche ein Raucherbereich.
Alles weitere können wir gerne besprechen wenn wir uns sehen.

As I said, we are looking for an open, tidy person*.
We are both harmonious people who are also out and about sometimes. I like to cook healthy and always vegetarian/ vegan.
My daughter is with her father a few days a week. Living together should be uncomplicated and run smoothly ;)
A basic order in the apartment is important to me. It goes without saying that everyone in the household contributes to this. So vacuuming or mopping is part of it. It's also important to me to treat furniture and all other objects with respect. I also don't like spending a lot of time cleaning and just do a few little things every day. I'd like you to do the same. Our flat is purely vegetarian/ vegan!
In the evening, the kitchen is a smoking area.
We can discuss everything else when we meet.
An official registration address is not possible.
