Our flat is situated on the 7th top floor (elevator) in a 70ies/80ies building. We have a nice view of Berlin from our balcony, e.g. the dome of Reichstag, Bellevue Palace, Central Station, and the TV tower.

The flat has four rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional restroom. One of the rooms (11 sqm) could be yours, Sara and I live in one room each.
Your prospective room has a large window façade with a view of TV tower, the Reichstag, and Central Station. The fourth room is a big shared living and dining room with a balcony where we can meet, eat, enjoy a beer or drinks, etc. All the shared spaces are roughly 48m2 of the apartment.

The room we're offering is furnished including a bed, a wardrobe, a sideboard, and a desk with a chair. The full rent is warm and hence includes everything from wifi, water, heating, and electricity.

Our kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, pots, pans, and other kitchen supplies.

We live close (3-5 min) to the metro station Bellevue (S3, S5, S7, S9) near Central Station. So, we reach nearly the whole city within a decent amount of time. The Spree River is only a few meters away, as is the Tiergarten Park and the castle Bellevue.
The closest possibilities to do groceries are a Penny and a Rewe which are about 10 min away by walk. You can walk to the Schultheiss Center (dm, Kaufland, etc.) at the U9 underground station of Turmstraße in a bit more than 10 minutes.
