Hello Allerseits!

Suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine liebevoll eingerichtete, sonnige Wohnung auf der Kastanienallee. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Bad, Küche und Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist zum 01. Oktober 2024 für 3 Monate zu haben, mit Option auf Verlängerung. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich. Die Miete beträgt $650EUR/ monatlich, inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Kaution: 650 EUR.

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a roommate for my super- cute, sunny apartment on Kastanienallee. The apartment is furnished and consists of 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchen and balcony.
The room is available from October 1st 2024 for approx. 3 months, with the option of an extension. Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible. The rent is $650EUR / month including all utilities. Security deposit: 650EUR.

Die Wohung befindet sich in der zauberhaften Kastanienallee/ Ecke Schwedter Straße. Ist ein "Neubau" aus den 50er Jahren und hat daher etwas DDR-Charme. :)

Der Rosenthaler Platz, sowie der Eberswalder und Schwedter Straße sind Fußläufig zu erreichen, aber auch mit der Tram. Die Tram fährt genau vor der Tür und um die Ecke gibt es sehr viele Cafes, Bars und Restaurants. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein leckerer Libanese.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 3 bzw. 10 min. entfernt.
Auch der Mauerpark, der nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist läd am Sonntag zum Flohmarkt und chillen ein.

Ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl und denke, dass das dir auch nicht schwer fallen wird. :)

Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einer jungen Therapeutin teilen.

Ich hoffe jemanden zu finden, der/die (idealerweise) tagsüber arbeitet, die Miete pünktlich zahlt und es ebenfalls geniesst die Wohnung ordentlich und lebendig zu halten.
